What currency do you prefer?
We prefer BGL currency (because we don’t lose money changing it) but we will accept , Euros,Sterling and U.S. Dollars.
Where can I change money?
Changing money in your home country will be expensive, not all banks will have Bulgarian LEVA handy so you will may have to wait for it as well. The best way would be to change enough money to last you until you can get to a bank in Sofia as they have the best rates. There are also plenty of ATM’s/cashpoints in Sofia and they actually are a very good way to change money. We strongly suggest that you DO NOT use the exchange offices in the airport or in Sofia as they are not regulated and are very deceptive in their advertising.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight on the Internet and by our airport representative, so we are aware if you will be arriving late. Whether you are 1 hour late or 6 hours late, we will have a driver for you at the airport.
Is there is an additional charge if my flight is late?
No, unlike some companies we do not charge waiting time. Of course if your plane is late a lot so feel free to leave a tip at your discretion of the driver.
Our price policy is very competitive. The price quoted is the price you pay, there is no hidden costs for late arrivals, luggage, tolls, fuel !
How do I find my driver?
Our driver will wait for you /until hi meet you/ in the arrivals terminal holding your name board clearly displayed. In case of disappointment contact us on our 24 hrs HOTLINE : +359878161675 and will found you immediately.
Can I have a receipt?
Of course, just ask the driver.
How long is the journey to the Sofia city?
Generally 30 minutes to the city center, during rush hour and when the road conditions are poor, these times can vary. For other citys and resorts destinations feel free to ask us.
I have lots of luggage, a mountain bike, a board bag and my pet snake- will there be room?
If you are bringing a mountain bike or a lot of luggage please let us know.
Should I tip the driver? How much?
Yes, Loads! Of course it is up to you whether you want to tip the driver or not. If you are happy with the service he or she gave you, it is customary to tip between 10-15%.

At what time will I be picked up on return transfer? How will I know what the pickup time is?
You must notify us of the pickup time at the hotel when booking a return transfer. The driver will arrive at the hotel/apartment at the given time.
What do you mean by „assistance with luggage” (carrying luggage)?
The driver will carry your luggage from the Arrival Hall to the transfer vehicle (car) and from the car to the hotel entrance upon arrival, and from the car to the Departure Hall entrance upon departure.
Can I cancel my booking? Is it free of charge?
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the arrival time, free of charge.
